Refund policy

At AMRO, every fragrance and attar collection is carefully inspected, securely packed, and quality-checked before dispatch.

Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of fragrance products, we maintain a strict no-return policy once the product has been delivered.


Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Fragrance preference or scent expectations

  • Used or opened products

  • Minor packaging variations

However, returns may be reviewed only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged during transit

  • Incorrect product was delivered

To request a review, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear unboxing video (mandatory)

  • Photos of product and packaging

Requests without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.


Refunds

AMRO does not provide refunds for fragrance preference or used products.

In approved cases of damage or incorrect product delivery, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the product
    OR

  • Store credit
    OR

  • Refund to original payment method (at our discretion)

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
